What's new: "Effect of Nonpayment for Hospital-Acquired, Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infection" by Meddings et al

Annals of Internal Medicine has published a study by faculty affiliated with the Bladder Bundle Education Committee, which developed catheterout.org.  The analysis shows that Medicare policy to withhold payments for catheter-associated urinary tract infections during hospital stays rarely changed payment.
